Responsible to perform following duties seriously:
Consistently achieve all objectives while collecting on medical accounts aging from 30-151 days delinquent.
Increase collections on accounts receivable in excess of 20% in 30 days due to exceptional negotiating skills.
Investigate dormant accounts resulting in negotiation of payment arrangements and substantial revenue generation.
Ensure timely and efficient processing of medical claims in accordance with clinic guidelines.
Resolve issues relating to patient accounts and payer inquiries while complying with HIPPA guidelines.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of refunds to insurance companies.
Utilize knowledge of Misys Medical Flexible Package in conjunction with processing medical claims
